French SpaceTech startup developing a convergent satellite and terrestrial 5G (5G-NTN) infrastructure for telecom operators. Founded in 2022, UNIVITY is building a VLEO uniSky satellite constellation and regenerative 5G‑mmWave payloads; demonstrator 'uniSpark' was launched in June 2025. B2B-focused, it offers orbital capacity and infrastructure (user terminal uniBox, gateway uniGate) and received France 2030 / CNES support (€31M partial funding).
